The page to read with Cartii. What we are building, in what order, what it costs, what it needs from each of us, and where the risks are.
The vision in one paragraph
Every trading community hands people files and a Discord. Fide becomes the room where a person is trained the way the Army trains a recruit who did not qualify: every skill is a task with a pass mark, practised on a real chart, checked against an answer key, reviewed after every session, and watched by staff who can see exactly where each student is stuck. The student gets a personal trainer that listens to them trade and tells them the truth, a journal that fills itself from the broker, a coach that has read all of it, and a certificate with a real score at the end. Staff get a dashboard that says where Tuesday's session should go. The founder gets the business, the clips and the socials on one screen. Every call is recorded and every execution called on the mic is logged, which is the credibility nobody else has.

What is in it what this demo shows, screen by screen
- ✓Start your day: checklist, manual and automatic rules, notes with templates, news calendar. Start session stays grey until prep is done.

What we learned from the tour tradepath.ai, FTMO, The Exit Plan, Topstep, 21 Sep
- TradePath: the journal, rules, score radar, heatmap, Start your day and the AI mentor are the right shape. Their AI runs on Claude. Their moat is the data, not the model.
- FTMO: objectives with a check or a cross, a discipline gauge, a calendar of days, a trade report with screenshots on open and close, and certificates people post on their own. Copy the certificate idea.
- The Exit Plan and Topstep: a lesson rail with green checks and quizzes. Fine, and it is what everyone has. The camp adds the chart you draw on and the pass mark.

Devices and software
- Students: any Mac or PC with Chrome or Safari for the camp; a Mac for the session buddy app in version one (Windows after).
- Staff: the same browser, plus Zoom with cloud recording on.
- Zeus's machine: this M1 Mac with 8 GB is enough to steer, not to build and clip at once. The cloud build box is the fix, not a new laptop.
- Storage: plan 3 GB per student per year. 100 students = 300 GB = $4.50 a month on R2.
- Software, all free or open: TradingView Lightweight Charts, Cal.diy scheduler, Whisper, a Discord bot, Astro + Cloudflare, the same stack as CleanMeNow.
Clipping, separately
- Source: the session recordings, already in the library. No more hunting for files.
- Pipeline: whole listen, story board, Juan's redline, cut, scorecard, then posting by Juan.
- Machine: the same cloud box renders while Zeus works on the camp. That is the multitasking answer.
- Plan: Claude Max 20x if clipping and the camp both run daily; 5x if one lane at a time.
- Numbers land on the founder dashboard through Metricool.
What we need from each other
- Cartii: the one page of numbers (indicator, threshold, ATR multiples, risk %). Yes to a progress channel and a bot. Zoom cloud recording on. Fifteen minutes a week for the review queue.
- Juan: the go, the build box, the Claude plan decision, DNS for camp.fideprocessui.com, and the redlines on every screen here.
- Zeus: something live every week, gates before anything is shown, nothing posted from anyone's account, every cost above on the founder page.
Risks, plainly: broker APIs cost money and have terms; the buddy's screen reading is research; Discord stays the room until the app earns it.
